Rose Type: Grandiflora
Twilight Zone® is a richly colored Grandiflora known for its dramatic deep velvet-purple flowers. Large, rounded buds unfold into very double, old-fashioned blooms measuring approximately 4–5 inches across and carrying more than 40 petals. Subtle smoky tones deepen the purple coloring, which becomes especially pronounced in moderate temperatures, while the classic flower form stands out beautifully against deep green foliage.
Its fragrance is equally distinctive, combining strong clove and spice notes with hints of lemony citrus blossom. Twilight Zone® develops a rounded, slightly spreading plant approximately 2½–3 feet tall and 2–3 feet wide. It offers good disease resistance and performs in full sun with moderate water needs. Its documented tolerance of heat and coastal conditions makes it a versatile choice for a range of garden settings.
