Rose Type: Climbing Rose
Eden Climber® Red produces magnificent, old-fashioned blooms in rich shades of dark red that bring elegance and drama to vertical garden spaces. Large, fully double flowers measuring approximately 4½ inches across open from deep burgundy-red buds into densely petaled blooms containing an impressive 100 to 110 petals. Its romantic flower form closely resembles the beloved Eden Climber® series, creating a luxurious display across arbors, fences, and trellises.
A light, classic rose fragrance adds another layer of charm to this vigorous climber. Strong canes quickly develop into a plant reaching 10 to 12 feet tall and 6 to 8 feet wide, providing season-long interest and abundant flowers. Semi-glossy, dark green foliage offers excellent contrast against the velvety blooms while also demonstrating strong disease resistance and dependable coastal performance. This variety is especially well suited for gardeners looking to add height, structure, and traditional rose character to the landscape.
