Molineux®
Rose Type: English Rose
Molineux® produces beautifully formed rosette blooms that open with soft apricot tones before quickly maturing into a rich golden-yellow display. The medium-sized flowers measure approximately 2.5–3 inches across and are exceptionally full, carrying up to 120 petals. Their neatly arranged, old-fashioned form gives this English Rose a refined appearance that works equally well in borders, containers, and informal hedges.
A light to moderate fragrance combines classic tea notes with a gentle musk scent that complements the warm coloring of the blooms. Molineux® flowers repeatedly from late spring through fall and develops into a compact, upright shrub reaching approximately 4 feet tall and 3 feet wide. Its nearly thornless stems make it especially pleasant to work around, while very strong disease resistance and excellent tolerance of heat, coastal conditions, and partial shade contribute to its dependable garden performance.
