Rose Type: Groundcover
Meidiland® Fire is a low-growing landscape rose that covers the ground with a blanket of brilliant fire-engine red blooms. The double flowers measure approximately 2.25 inches across and carry 17 to 25 petals, creating a bold display against glossy, dark green foliage. Its spreading habit allows the vibrant flowers to quickly fill open spaces while maintaining a tidy, carpet-like appearance.
This rose was developed for performance as much as beauty. With exceptional disease resistance and a vigorous, weed-suppressing growth habit, Meidiland® Fire is an excellent choice for hillsides, slopes, banks, and large landscape plantings. The blooms carry little to no fragrance, allowing the plant to focus its energy on producing continuous color and dependable garden performance throughout the growing season.
