Lichfield Angel®
Rose Type: English Rose
Lichfield Angel® begins with pale peachy-pink buds that gradually open into creamy, neatly cupped rosettes. Each large bloom is filled with around 100 petals, arranged in a distinctive ring around numerous smaller inner petals before eventually opening into a softly domed flower. The changing tones from warm apricot-cream to creamy white give this rose a gentle, elegant character.
Its fragrance is light and musky, and the plant repeat flowers in flushes from late spring into early winter. Lichfield Angel® forms a vigorous, rounded, almost thornless shrub with attractively nodding blooms. Strong disease resistance, along with tolerance for heat, shade, and coastal conditions, makes it an adaptable garden rose for borders, hedges, and other landscape plantings.
