Rose Type: Floribunda
Ebb Tide® opens from dusky deep purple buds into very double, old-fashioned blooms in smoky plum-purple tones. The flowers reach approximately 3–4 inches across and carry more than 35 petals, creating a richly layered form with a velvety appearance. Deep green foliage provides a handsome backdrop for the unusual, moody flower color.
Its strong spicy clove fragrance is one of Ebb Tide®’s standout qualities. The plant grows with a compact, rounded habit and generally reaches about 2–3 feet tall and wide. It also performs well in heat and coastal conditions and develops into an even stronger garden plant as it becomes established.
