Rose Type: Groundcover
Buttercream Drift® produces small, cuplike blooms in a soft buttery yellow to creamy yellow shade. The flowers reach about 2 inches across and carry 20–25 petals, creating a bright display above dark green foliage. Its compact, very bushy habit keeps the plant low and spreading, making it well suited to open garden spaces.
The blooms have only a very slight fragrance, while the plant offers very strong disease resistance and good heat tolerance. Buttercream Drift® stays around 1.5–3 feet tall and spreads about 2–3 feet wide, making it especially useful for hillsides, open areas, and other spaces where a compact groundcover rose fits naturally.
